Update: HVAC team came out to do a full system upgrade after gas leak issue in old system furnace. Leo, Celestine and Pablo worked fast and had it all done same day. Demo out old system safely with no damages. They took time to talk me through process. Showed me detailed photos of the attic install. They even took time to teach me thermostat and Google home setup. Pleased with both jobs by Absolute Airflow on our new home.
Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and did great work addressing our concerns. He also made solid recommendations to address other plumbing issues in the future. Cleaned up after. Solid service.

Our water heater broke two days before the new year. I panicked and called around but no one could come out. I found this company through a google search. They applied the $69 dollar fee to our service charge “courtesy” of their supervisor. They came out on New Year’s Eve to diagnose what they said would be a whole burner kit and tried to charge us $908. Told us our water heater was a brand from Home Depot and sent us an invoice for a new one. They of course recommended purchasing a Bradford White brand for $3498. We were still under warranty and so I sent them on their way. It being after Christmas, we did not have 3.5k to drop on a new one. Don’t let these guys run you around! I found an hvac and water heater installation company that came out and diagnosed the problem. He didn’t charge me a fee to diagnose the issue and only charged for the part and his labor. He told us the only part that really needed to be replaced was the thermal cuppler which lights the pilot, had it fixed within 2 hours and we were back up and running with hot water that day! Only cost us $280…… Do your research and don’t let these big companies take advantage of you!

Eric Sanders was the service technician that helped me with my heating problem diagnoses. He was very professional and explained with a drawing the issue and what was needed for a resolution. Although I wasn't prepared to hear the cost of the resolution. Eric proposed options. He was very sincere and patient. Thank you Eric for your honesty and integrity. I appreciate your service.

I called the phone number listed on our furnace to ask for a recommended replacement part for a discontinued transducer. They insisted on sending out a technician to diagnosis the problem. Fine. The technician did NOT find the problem OR come prepared with a replacement part. Instead, they wasted my time and charged me $60 to tell me "ordering the part (THAT I BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION) and labor would be $665". They could have told me this over the phone. Then, they had the audacity to suggest a membership with their company for an additional $428.50. I also learned from the technician that the phone number listed on our furnace is for an HVAC company that is no longer around. Absolute Airflow took over their old phone number and contacts. When I called they posed to be the old company, already having my information on file. I feel totally SCAMMED.

I had a really good experience with this company. The crew that replaced the duct system for my heating unit (Ramon, Oscar, and Celi) was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They worked diligently, respected my home, knew what they were doing and did a solid job from start to finish.
The supervisor (Ivan) gave me a price I felt comfortable with and could trust—no pressure and no surprises. I also really appreciated the first technician (Phillip) who came out to assess the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly how the system should work and what was wrong with my unit, which helped me understand everything before moving forward.
Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing duct or heating work.
