  The technician Sevin was extremely courteous and presented himself and company well. He went over the problem and laid out the plan of repair. The cost of repair was a bit high, but he professionally explained the costs and labor involved. He quickly went to work and my house soon felt warm.

  The absolute best HVAC (heating/AC) and plumbing in OC. I've owned my house for 7+ years. They respond on all emergencies we have had. This last emergency, our sewer system had backed up. They responded within 30 minutes. London (he calls himself a safety inspector), Jacob and Isaiah responded. London, I believe was the boss man. He was great. They immediately got to work. Isaiah had to dig to get to our clean out and remove it. The inspection located an issue that would have kept repeating itself. As soon as I gave the okay to reline my sewer main, London was on it. He ordered everything and before I knew it, there were more people at the front of my house, more vehicles, and more equipment. Before all this equipment got there, Jacob was operating the hydrojet and other equipment to clean out and prep the sewer main, This was an all day job. They didn't leave until the work was completed. As a matter of fact, Isaiah was working into the night with a head lamp making sure the system was installed correctly and everything was working as it should. He even stayed behind and hosed off my driveway. These guys were great. Later that evening I had a concern and texted London after 11 pm. He responded and said everything was alright. He calmed my nerves and assured me the job was completed. He was right. Absolute Air Flow has been my go to HVAC and plumbing technicians since our AC died years ago. My wife has a medical issue and we need AC in the summer. Absolute Air Flow were the only ones who responded in under 2 hours and fixed it. We chose them to replace our entire HVAC system and we trust them with all our Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs.

  I had a new system put in (AC/Furnace) about a month ago. Tried turning on the heater for the first time since install date (it was tested and worked fine that day) and it wouldn’t turn on. Tried calling Absolute Airflow over the weekend and a representative called me back to set an appointment first thing for monday morning. Chris and Edward came out and were punctual at 0800. System ended up being “too smart” and shutting off. They made adjustments and fixed it, answered all my questions, double checked the heating and cooling, even took pictures of areas in the attic to show me details of the furnace and ducts. Great customer service.

  I scheduled & confirmed my appointment 2 days in advance after receiving an estimate to clean out my dryer vent. The following day I received a text stating that I needed to call to confirm my appointment and to advise me that whoever gave me the quote was wrong and that now it was going to be 4 times more money. I still called back to confirm because I need the work done only to be told they can no longer come out! The worst customer service & communication ever!
