  After getting quotes from multiple companies we decided to go with Woody from West Coast Flooring. In addition to giving us a great price the install crew did a great job with the carpet and baseboards. They finished with care and on time. We highly recommend them.

I worked with sales rep Jaylene, who was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and she also did a great job in assisting me in finding the right flooring for my home. I highly recommend West Cast Flooring if you're looking for a competent, trustworthy company to install your flooring.

  we had a very good experience with our carpet install today. the manager Woody, was with us from the beginning to install and it was a breeze. The installers were on time, professional and they knew their jobs. clean up was also great.

  This is the second time I have used West Coast Flooring as the contractor for Costco carpet services. The first time, everything went very smoothly. This time, the installation went well, but the installer accidentally scratched our new elevator poly door. West Coast Flooring immediately took responsibility for the damage and arranged for the replacement door at their expense. VERY IMPRESSIVE! They didn't try to blame others; they just corrected the problem. A special thanks to Cherie Murray in customer service, who followed this until it was rectified. I also must note that I had three estimates for the same carpet, and Costco was the best price.

  BEYOND helpful flooring experts and so many good options! We shopped at so many local stores and even purchased samples online but did not find *our* flooring until we visited West Coast Flooring in Vista. As soon as I walked in they were so helpful and were able to help me narrow down the perfect flooring by color, quality and brand. I had a few changes/requests along the way and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend stopping by!
