  Gustavo Gutierrez from ASI came by for a preventive AC check at my home, and I had a great experience. He was very professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He walked me through the condition of the system, pointed out anything to keep an eye on, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend him for any HVAC service.

  There are other places that may technically be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. ASI is absolutely devoted to education and training and even offers classes for local appraisers. They have repaired several things another (cheaper) company left broken, unfinished, or not up to code. I saw Bradley A. today and, like everyone in this company, he was super friendly, courteous, professional, and did a great job explaining what he’d done and inspected. Do yourself a favor and get the job done correctly the first time with ASI.

  I have been using ASI since we purchased our home in 2019 and have always been more than satisfied with their service. I have to give a specific shout out for this past visit with Fernando Bermudez. He came for our routine plumbing inspection and was incredibly polite and thorough. He took the time to tell me what he’d be doing before starting and then when he finished he went over all his finding and recommendations. He thoroughly explain the seervices he recommended and the options. I never felt pressured and he even offered tips for us to do our own maintenance.

  ASI tech came and was pushing for system replacement as the problem could have been blower motor or damaged mother board. ASI “technician” claimed that replacement parts were so old it would take months to come. Only true way to fix was $18000 system replacement. Called another SB HVAC repair company the next day. He diagnosed it as the mother board and bypassed it to see that the AC system was working perfect around it. The old, impossible replacement part was able to be found in my hometown HVAC parts store and was installed within an hour. He also tested the heater to make sure it was working w the new mother board and surge protector. Thanks for nothing, ASI the waste my time to rip me off guys! More lies. ASI charged me $77 on March 27, 2026.

  Just had our first annual AC inspection. Diego and Jesus were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of my home, and understanding when it came to my curious children and barking (but friendly) dog. They checked both the outdoor and attic units, confirmed the overflow wasn't clogged, and even adjusted the dampers to try and get the air to flow more evenly between rooms. Five star service from Diego and Jesus! I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you. The only downside, I've been paying for the annual membership. Unfortunately, nobody ever asked how many AC units my home has, and it never occurred to me to mention that we have two. The annual membership isn't for the whole house. It's a per unit membership. I opted to only have one unit inspected rather than add a second membership. Perhaps I'll just alternate units each year. A disappointing surprise, for sure.
