- TRTom RamirezMar 25, 20261.0I bought a Rheem ac unit in 2023 which had a 10 year parts warranty. The unit stopped on 3/20. I called Lee's for service the tech was good. Indicated it was a capacitor i as how much. He said $403.00 so I asked is that the warranty cost which he said yes. I had no choice so I agreed. Afterwards I look up the capacitor on line the highest cost I saw was $20. It was gouging. I work for a industrial store i understand profit but this was just abuse. I will never endorse Lee's to anyone

They give you on option after inspection if you want to fix everything or just replace what is urgent so you don’t have to spend more money than you need to. The technicians were great! Only complaint is they forgot to schedule the appointment the next day to come out and do the repairs.. so I had to call them, but they came out same day still. Overall good experience

He immediately identified where the leak was coming from and took care of it very carefully and in fast timing. He also identified other preventative plumbing issues and made future recommendations to save costly repairs. We would be happy for Zechariah to return to our home for any future plumbing issues. - RDRobin DaviesMar 13, 20265.0Lee’s air, plumbing heating and roofing replaced my 20 year-old HVAC system with a new Diakin split unit. The team with Connor and Leo did a great job removing the old system the first day installing the new system the second day and doing detail and testing on the third day. Throughout the process I was impressed with their professionalism and their customer oriented ideas.
