- JMJose MerazFeb 12, 20241.0So I got a membership for 16 bucks a month my house is 2 years old everything works fine the first visit fine nothing I wrote a good review and 6 months the second visit my heater working fine the tall young man forget his name said to me “ when I find something what would you like to do today about it” I responded about what he replied if I find something wrong I said I guess we will find out and guess what everyone now my heater doesn’t work and he tried to charge me 250 for a cleaning service I respectfully declined and before he left he said if you don’t clean it it will eventually fail and ofcourse it did so I canceled my membership ofcourse they still charged me and won’t refund what they took I can’t believe I trusted this company now it’s 35 degrees outside and my heater don’t work my house is brand new 2 years old
