  Tony did an excellent job with our home water service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right. Our water system is working perfectly, and the quality difference is noticeable. Highly recommend Tony if you’re looking for reliable, honest service.

  I booked this company to handle my water heater repair. I’m not an expert plumber but the quoted $155 to come out and told me that I’d only need to pay for the part over the phone additional for install. I accepted. I was told the tech would call by 10 a.m to give me an arrival time frame. By 12:30 p.m I’d heard nothing then called. The lady was respectful and courteous she was able to get me a range of 3-5 p.m however the tech showed up to the property at 2:17 confirmed by my tenant. The male I spoke with tried to say he showed up at 2:49 another error. Tech came, assessed this the heater was as aged but repairable even if temporary and needed a thermal couple parts which online quoted it ranging from $14.99 - $40. The guy at the office not the tech tried to sell me on a new water heater for which I declined. Then he said the thermal couple would be $100 and I said the part of not more than $20 due to age and he said parts and install is $100 that the $155 was just for coming out another fib. I simply wanted the one I have repaired for now. The tech left without completing the job the day before and I was told he would take care of this the next day. Assuming I would be prioritized I waited. Spoke to them this morning I’m supposed to be hearing from the tech it’s almost noon and nothing. At this point I’ve called their office three times to get an update since I have yet to still hear from anyone and nothing. I’ve never had to play tag with a company that contacted me to complete a service. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I won’t be using them in the future.

  I was very disappointed the service call. Our machine stopped working and they sent out Tony to fix it. All he did was push the plug in and charged us $155.00 for 2 seconds of “work” we asked for a refund and the company did not respond. When the system works it’s great, but that service call was an absolute joke and should not have been charged for something so trivial. Before they came out we called and they offered no troubleshooting help over the phone, just booked someone to come out to fix it. We had tried unplugging it and plugging it back in before the service man came and had no results. The whole “service” was an absolute joke. Very disappointed with this company! * UPDATE* we had to call three separate times to request a refund and eventually they let the manager know after a few days. They apologized and gave us a refund of $77.50 a few days later.

  Really happy with Lifetime Solutions. The two installers when on-time, very professional, and did quality work. They thoroughly explained the work they did, why they did it, and then explained how everything works and what happens if there is ever an issue. And, there was trace of them ever being there except by the work they did! Excellent work.

  Shane and Fred with RainSoft Water Solutions did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful of my home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation was done right—not rushed. You can truly tell they take pride in their work. The system is working perfectly, and the difference in our water quality is already noticeable. Excellent customer service, great communication, and top-quality workmanship. I highly recommend Shane and Fred to anyone considering RainSoft Water Solutions. Dazja at Life Time Solutions did an excellent job testing our water and clearly explaining just how poor our water quality was. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, taking the time to educate us without ever being pushy or pressuring us. Her presentation truly sold itself, everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand and made complete sense. We really appreciated her honesty, patience, and respectful approach. Because of her, we feel informed and confident about our water decisions. Highly recommend Dazja and Life Time Solutions!
