They came to our home today to repair HVAC system, and we were very impressed with their service. They were highly professional and polite. Before arriving, Robert called to let us know they were on their way, which we greatly appreciated. Once they arrived, they quickly and efficiently repaired our heating system — something that was especially important for my family on this cold day. Robert and Rainer took the time to clearly explain everything related to the repair process and were very attentive to our needs. Although our HVAC system was installed by another company three years ago, we have decided that AC Plus Heating and Cooling will be our preferred company in the future. He didn’t have the part with him on the first visit, so he had to come back. The only day he could return was actually a holiday, but he still showed up with the part and fixed it that day. It was raining and getting colder and he said he didn’t want us to be stuck in the cold. That honestly meant so much to us. You can tell he really cares about his customers. We’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend him. We’ll definitely call him again if we ever need help in the future. Thank you again Robert!
