  I recently ordered a larger 11' x 10' "Tall Ranch" from TuffShed. Janice Dill in Ventura was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She really knew her product line well and had answers for my many, many questions. Luckily for me they had a great promotion for shed accessories that saved me some serious cash and I took advantage adding multiple windows, metal ramps, vents, and lots of heavy duty shelving. I guess these promotions change monthly? When delivery day cam they texted ahead of time to verify arrival time. Just two guys were able to fully set it up, including leveling and adding all the shelving in about 5 hours. Again I had LOTS of questions for the installers but they were very patient in all my concerns! PS The reason i ordered a shed? I was paying $225 per month ($2,700 per year) for a 10' x 10" storage unit about 6 miles from my house. besides being inconvenient, the place was always dirty and dusty as it was located not far from open growing fields. This is an investment that will pay off in about 2.5 years. And i now just walk out 10 feet to access my new TuffShed. Very happy!

  Would recommend. Janice at Tuff Shed was very knowledgeable about all sheds/options and helped me pick the right one for my backyard. Jesus and his partner were great the day of install. All in all, very pleasant experience.

  Working with Janice was a pleasure. We wandered in off the street and she made it extremely easy and straightforward coming up with a shed that would work for our space. Installation was seamless, and the finished product is even better than expected!

  TUFFSHED Ventura, Work crew very polite, professional, and courteous, very helpful and friendly towards my questions, and Solid work outcome. Very happy with Entire experience from showroom floor visit with Miss Regina Hughes, to the follow-up text messages leading to day of actual build, all the way to the work crew arriving and the professional build, and completely satisfied outcome along with completely clean-up of work areas. A Big Thank You for such a wonderful pleasant all around quality experience

  The sales representative, Janice Dill, was very friendly and helped me decide on the right shed and options...both in person and over the phone while I was out-of-state. The Tuff Shed I purchased was installed on time, with care, and exceeds my expectations. I chose a custom color, shelving, and a small window. It is attractive, has a wide door for ease of access, and is sturdy and very well made.
