- PFPenny FrancisJul 6, 20235.0This is long overdue but I wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic experience I had with Sunbelt Rentals Flooring Solutions. We have a wood-look porcelain tile floor throughout our home. I've never been able to get it as clean as I would have liked since it was installed. I searched for a commercial machine that I could operate that would do the trick and somehow ended up on Sunbelt's site. I called and spoke with Pablo who was so kind and informative. He explained the difference between the two machines that I was interested in, helped me choose the best one for our job, and then personally delivered it to us. When he delivered it, he took the time to explain how it operated, what to do if something should happen that maybe shouldn't, etc. The machine worked great, no problems at all. Pablo also picked up the machine when the job was completed. Pablo is a great employee who offers top-notch customer service, a real gem to come across these days. I highly recommend Sunbelt Flooring Solutions and Pablo for your floor cleaning needs.
