I placed an order for Vinyl Plank Flooring initially we thought we needed more so I contacted Gavin at the Ventura store and ordered more. Come to find out it was the perfect amount! So I called Gavin back the next day and he stopped the order with no problems, questions or hesitations and got the refund going right away! He was so patient and accommodating and just so great to work with! Its why I keep coming back to this store instead of buying locally in my town of Santa Barbara.
