She created the kitchen design, and explained everything to me. I was so lucky to work with someone that was so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and also personable. If you can work with Sandra you will be in good hands. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but Sandra is awesome. 5 stars aren’t enough!! Thanks Sandra!

I read reviews AFTER I purchased with them and wish I would have read them before because every bad review is true, sadly. I do not live near a store so the man I was working with to order my cabinets told me he was out of samples to send me so instead sent me a picture of the cabinet they have in their store and it doesn’t even come close to what I received! Even the cabinets on their website are not the color I was sent. I called the customer service department immediately and was told I have to deal with the store directly so I waited until they opened the next day to resolve the issue. The person that helped me with the purchase basically told me I’m SOL and I have to pay a restocking fee that is $1600 and the delivery fee of almost $500 to send them back. He said I have to deal with the customer service number if I want to return them. I am getting the run around! He told me that it was a lighting issue with the picture he sent me (it was not) also told me “it was above his pay grade” to fix the issue. It’s been 24 hours and I have yet to speak to a manager. I have asked over and over to speak to a manager and Mike in the Ventura store said you can not speak to the manager and gave no specific reason. He said he has talked with his manager several times but I can’t speak with him. I told him that is what a manager is for-to deal with issues. Hes getting paid a manager wage but can’t talk to a customer?! Horrible customer service! I have never dealt with a company that once they get their money they treat you like garbage, they don’t stand behind their product, and they gouge you for money after you already paid thousands for a product that isn’t what you ordered. Don’t order from this company they should not even be in business with their ethics. There are a lot of other places to purchase cabinets from and this is not the place to do it. Do not waste your money or sanity dealing with this company! It also makes me wonder why Alison Victoria would partner with such an unethical company like this leading people in the wrong direction for a good cabinet experience.
