I was told they didn't carry the part, to buy the repair kit (which I had and didn't include this part), and that I'd have to replace the whole unit. Before giving up I thought I'd try one more time. I called this Ferguson location and spoke to Mike. He tried to help me on the phone which was hard to do so I decided to drive there. Alex was at the counter and he was ready to help. He was working through the problem looking for the solution and Mike came out with the info he had pulled up before I even arrived. They were able to order the correct replacement part. I'm very grateful they were willing to put effort into helping me. They saved me more of a headache and a bunch of money!
