When I called the store about it, they transferred me to the Corp office who said the pieces I am missing are not part of the package ( as shown on the box and on the instruction) and that I would need to pay to have it shipped only to receive it in few days. My plumber already had begun work so I went back to the store to return it and surprise, they found the missing pieces. I would never go there again. It looks like they sold me a previously opened box of faucets. It wasnt worth the trip. I will just go to a big box hardware store next time.
