Junior Cardona provide excellent service when installing my new garage doors. I absolutely love them. He called to let me know he was on his way, was extremely patient when we had to jump one of our cars to move it out of the garage and swept up after the job was complete. No complaints only praise for a job well done.
Update on service. My door was installed on Wednesday and on Thursday Friday and Saturday, I enter the garage to find the single garage door spontaneously went up on its own. I initially thought I left it up but no. I havent went into the garage all day. I call Right Way at 540pm given their website says their open until 8pm. The woman tells me its a warranty issue and I will need to wait until Tuesday to see if they can help me fix or call a technician. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I spent thousands of dollars three days ago and I cant get anyone to come out and correct something they obviously did wrong. Make this make sense to me. I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager she says there is no one available because it is the weekend and its after 5pm. I remind her that the website says their open until 8pm. She says she doesn't know what yo say about that. Its clear she doesnt know what to say about much. The inside of my garage is exposed my home is exposed and despite your company getting thousands of dollars you can't do anything. I found a company that can and they are on there way to my home right now. I will make sure my home is secure and I will ensure everyone knows not to deal with your company. I will also ensure whatever money I have to pay out today to fix what you didnt do right is reimbursed to me. That is my guarantee to you.

Junior Cardona installed our two-and one-car garage doors and it looks great! I was not there, but my husband was and everything went very smoothly. The doors look fantastic with the overall remodel…I tried to match my front door color and it came out pretty good. Junior was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns which was helpful to me (since I had to consult over FaceTime with my husband). Thank you Right Way and Junior!

My garage door popped off the track, so I went and scheduled an appointment online. I was reached out to the next morning and was told they actually had a time slot that day if I wanted to move my appointment up. I happily accepted and the technician arrived around noon. I was quoted around $660 to repair the door and get it back on the track. Seemed like a little much but I'm not an expert so I agreed. My garage door is pretty old and it turned out that I needed new parts as well. I was told the parts were available and that I could do that, but for how much I was spending, I might as well just install a new door. I told them I wanted to proceed with the repairs and that's what they did. I was then quoted $1800 to fully repair the door, which again seems like a lot, but I needed my door fixed so I agreed. As the work was nearing completion I was offered a deal, pay for just the parts that day (which was around $700) and then they could come back later in week and I could pay an additional $3100 for a complete garage door replacement which would put the total around $3800. I needed to speak to my partner about this as this was going to be a big purchase, but she was at work and I couldn't really talk to her. Not wanting to make this decision without speaking with her I told them I couldn't do that just right now, and the technician said that was OK and hopefully they would still honor that deal later. When the repair was wrapping up I was told the door was good to go but that the garage door opener didn't work so it couldn't fully open or close the door anymore. I was a little confused by this as the door opener was working just the day before. I don't know a lot about garage doors but I know enough that if the sensors don't line up that it won't fully open or close for safety purposes. My sensors weren't lined up and I knew they weren't because the light was blinking, meaning a broken line of sight with each other. I pointed that out to the technician and he said he already looked at that, and that it wasn't the sensors. This didn't make sense to me, so I went and adjusted the sensors myself and got them to line up and stop blinking, and now my garage door would open and close all the way with the opener. A little worrying that the technician couldn't diagnose this, and that I made my own repair when I paid $1800 for someone to fix it.
After everything was said and done I paid $1800 for my old garage door to open again. Later that night I received a text from RW asking if I was still interested in moving forward with a new garage door installation. At this point I had the opportunity to talk my partner about going with a replacement and spending a bit more, and she agreed. So when I texted RW back I told them I wanted to do a new door installation, but I wanted it to be at the deal that was proposed earlier in the day (around $3700 total). I was told this deal was no longer good, and the best they could do is $4300 with a $1200 credit (so $3100) ON TOP of the $1800 I spent that day, so $4900 total now was the price I was looking at. A whole $1100 can be a big difference for some, but I was honestly more frustrated with the pressured sales tactics and a dramatically increased price from earlier. They acted like that wasn't what was offered to me, and began to guilt trip me that they are paid off sales commission so that I needed to work WITH THEM on this. I paid $1800 for my door to be fixed and they tried to make me feel bad for not moving forward with a price that was drastically different then what was offered to me earlier.
For how much money I spent, I did not feel valued as a customer at all, and I especially was not expecting to be texted and guilt tripped into spending more money. A disappointing experience to say the least. I would highly recommend looking into other options first before going here.

Ben provided excellent emergency response service on my garage door and springs today. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue regarding my door's opening and closing malfunctions. Instead of just rushing through the job, he clearly explained why the door wasn't closing properly and offered a solution that would allow my family to feel safe and secure again. His expertise and transparency were refreshing. If you want the job done right the first time, ask for Ben!

Right Way Garage Doors did a fantastic job replacing our garage doors and motors. We love the new look of the doors and functions of our Liftmasters. Typin (sp?) did a great job on the demo, installation, and explaining how everything works. Our doors and motors were 36 years old so the new functions on the motor was a game changer.
I’d like to also express my kudos to Ryan (sales person). He did not come in with a high pressured sales attitude. He was really pleasant on his approach to represent Right Way product. He listened really attentively to what our concerns were and helped us decide what will work for us. Overall, we are very pleased on the sale, timing of install and final product.
I do have a comment about the communication with the people contacting the customers. For instance, getting a text to make a payment 2 weeks after I already made a payment in full when I signed the contract. And being contacted to confirm date of install when I already confirmed..
But overall thank you Right Way Garage Doors you’ve done a fantastic job.
