Thankfully it was just a dead battery in the control panel, but he checked everything else just in case. Everyone I've dealt with, from the person answering my urgent call for help in 2023, to the sales consultant who helped me choose a new system at that time, to the technicians, has been polite & professional. And none have ever pressured me to buy something my Mom doesn't need. Today I chose to sign up for the 3 Star Maintenance Plan. Again, I felt no pressure to do so. At just $16 per month, I believe it's well worth it. I would recommend Right Now Air & Solar to anyone!
