  Raul did a fantastic job not only fixing the issue, but explaining to us that it was PG&E’s fault why it happened in the first place and advising us that we could/should go after them and ask them for reimbursement since it was a power surge that took our solar inverter out in the first place, causing us a fix costing us $1,800 to repair!! 😩

  Amazing service! My mom recommended Right Now Air after she signed up for their Star Program benefits. From scheduling to maintenance Right Now Air makes it so easy! Wyatt went through all our options and took his time explaining our system to us, and the benefits of their STAR program! It is obvious these guys know what they are talking about and have their customers top of mind! Their STAR program gives us peace of mind and I know we are good hands!

  We had to have our HVAC system replaced after only 9 years of it’s service life to due an improper install, From Environmental Heating and Air (EHA) out of Roseville. EHA refused to provide service or get involved in trouble shooting their system despite the fact that we still had another half year left on our warranty. We reached out to Right Now Air, a local service provider to assist us with our failed HVAC system as it had become a true, “Lemon.” Right Now Air spent an entire day, at no cost to us, and confirmed replacing the system was the best option given all the system errors that were found. Within two days we jad a new contract for a complete removal and installation and Right Now Air even got us approved for the loan. We were pleasantly surprised when Justin, and his team showed up the following day ready to install the new system. Justin provided me with his plan for the removal and install and kept us updated on the progress as the process went along. Justin had a team of four technicians, Jessie, Jesus, and Oscar. All of the technicians were skilled efficient and professional as they removed the faulty system. They confirmed our greatest fear that the wiring to the thermostat had been wired incorrectly and had we chosen to just replace the failed thermostat again we would have eventually ended up with the same issue. I have 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience and worked on HVAC systems as a maintenance manager. I have worked with many HVAC technicians throughout that time in both repair and replacements of rooftop units and the like. I can competently speak to the technical skill, expertise and customer service that we received from Justin and his team. It was clear as I listened to them work that they were a cohesive team that truly loved their job and took real pride in an excellent installation. The end product was immaculate and showed the true craftsmanship that all the team members brought to the job. After the installation I personally went up into the attic and checked all the components for any signs of improper installation or corner cutting that I am use to seeing on jobs like this. I found none! Justin even returned a few days later, without being directed or called to ensure our system was running properly and that we were satisfied with the end product. We love our new system and we look forward to our continued service partnership with Right Now Air over the life of our system. We would highly recommend Right Now Air to our friends and family and they have restored our faith that we will continue to receive professional and competent service in the future. Thank you Justin for easing our minds knowing that we will be enjoying our new reliable system for the foreseeable future.

  Most recently, Chris Tibbett did an excellent job with the tune-up review of our HVAC system in the home (we purchased in August 2025). During his review, he identified that the blower motor had leaked oil and that one of the circuits showed signs of overheating. These issues were not discovered during the initial home inspection (July 2025) prior to our purchase. As a result, we had the necessary parts replaced, and Chris completed the work. He was thorough, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly trust his expertise and the quality of his work. We would greatly appreciate having Chris as our technician for all of our future routine maintenance and check-ups.

  Got a tune up of the HVAC and damn the technician (Raul) was amazing! He was patient, took his time to explain me everything and answered to all my questions (being a new home owner I had many), and made sure I'm satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend this company and esp Raul!
