  Ambrose solar was very professional in every step in the process. They presented the information to me that was easy to understand, so I could make an educated decision. They were prompt with communication, purchase process and installation. They had a post meeting to show me how to use the app, so I could review my energy production and make adjustments if needed. Casey Cox and Jon Landsman provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I highly recommend Ambrose Solar.

  High recommend Ambrose Solar. Everyone on the team was competent and thorough. They answered all our questions. Detailed orientated and efficient. They handle all the permits for our system with the county with ease. The installation was fast and all the installers and electricians were nice. We really like the finishing details they do like painted all the conduit. We love the battery we chose with our rep Jon. We were able to get our system installed before the tax credit expired and so glad we did! Thank you to everyone on the Ambrose Solar team and Jon!

  I chose Ambrose Solar for my home battery backup after reviewing several other solar companies in the Bay Area. I was glad that I made the right decision because Ambrose was priced reasonably and the service and support were top notched. All the folks at the company were super friendly and easy to work with ranging from the CEO, Ian to Sales, Jon and the support teams, Vicent, Mark, Audrey and the SPIG coordinator Stephanie. They all did an excellent job in the installation of the battery by working expeditiously with the appropriate agencies to get the permits and licences. And they work tirelessly even after the product was installed to make sure that everything else was working seamlessly. If I were to order another battery for my son's new home, I'll definitely contact Ambrose Solar again.
