  5 Stars - Highly Recommend! I recently replaced my old wood stove with a new pellet stove from Loving's Fireplace in Upper Lake, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Their showroom is fantastic! It's a great place to see all the different stoves they offer and get a feel for what might work best in your home. I was impressed by the variety and quality of their selection. Ryan Loving is who I worked with and he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He patiently answered my questions, explained the different options, and ultimately helped me choose the perfect stove for my needs. No high-pressure sales tactics here! Installation: The installation process was seamless and professional. Ryan & his crew arrived on time, even on a chilly pre-Christmas afternoon, and worked efficiently to get the new stove up and running. They were clean, respectful, and explained everything clearly. It's been two months now, and I'm thrilled with my new pellet stove! It's everything I hoped it would be - easy to use, efficient, and heats my home beautifully. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. So I highly recommend Loving's Fireplace of Upper Lake! They made this big purchase and installation a breeze. Their excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and professional installation team made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a new stove, definitely check them out!

  I was in trouble with my fire pellet stove and Ryan was quick and came out unannounced to fix it he's great would recommend Loving fireplace to anyone

  Ryan of Lovings Fireplace is honest, professional and a great communicator. Couldn't be happier with my new wood burning stove. Ryan and his boys installed it downstairs in master bedroom to heat the whole house, living room, kitchen and guests bedrooms are upstairs. You can't go wrong with Lovings, give them a call, highly recommend.
