  Steve’s 5 Star came as a recommendation from my brother-in-law back in 2019 and we have been really thankful for this company. We’ve had them out for HVAC and Plumbing and in some cases the technicians who came out gave some advice that saved me a ton of money because I could correct the issue myself. I’ve never had a company tell me how to fix an issue, most companies will gate-keep that info so you have no choice but to pay them to fix it. When we have hired them for some plumbing needs like installing a pressure regulator or clearing a clogged sink line, they’ve been professional, courteous, and helpful in explaining what they’re doing. They are reasonable in their pricing and the integrity and honesty of the management and owners comes through in the way their techs handle each job. I will use Steve’s 5 Star anytime I need a pro for HVAC or plumbing at my own home. I’m also a local realtor will always recommended Steve’s 5 Star to my clients as a go to company because they’re so trustworthy.

  From the initial visit from Kevin C. to our home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . Kevin understood the weight of such a big investment financially replacing both units and furnaces! He was not pushy or made us feel like a customer who he needed to make another sale from. Rather he made us feel like family members. Whatever questions we had was answered Professionally, Patiently and Honestly. No matter the concern or questions Kevin C. indicated they were a Family Owned Business who care about their neighbors and they would take care of us! To Angel who made the financing seamless and quick, to ALL the wonderful office staff who made it a joy to have someone answer the phones who was so very pleasant and uplifting! Lastly to Our Wonderful Technicians!! Jose, Jessie (Jesus) and Jon!! Who did an outstanding job installing our (2) HVAC Units and Furnaces . They were professional, respectful, easy to talk to and answered all questions with a smile. They were very conscious of making sure their work was completed to perfection and work areas cleaned as though they were never there!   I recently had a hot water heater replaced in my home in Ontario, and the experience was truly five-star from start to finish. The technicians, Andrew, Will and Caleb, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked diligently, and ensured the installation was done perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service.

  I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Steve’s! They showed up to my house in Claremont on time and gave me warning they were on their way. They did a thorough inspection (multiple hours) to identify the real problem and provided me with the quote all for free. My technician was Sean and he was clearly very knowledgeable and helped me understand how my plumbing was formatted in my house. He explained things in detail and allowed me to see the camera footage for me to understand. They fixed my issue with care and kept everything clean. I am so thankful for their work during a stressful time. Not only did they do a great job, they were also kind and companionate. Highly recommend giving Steve’s a call!

  The service I received from Steve’s 5 Star Service was excellent. My HVAC unit had served my family well for over 24 years, and I was thrilled that it never needed servicing. I wanted to add a whole-house air purifier to the existing unit, but after Angel shared some insightful pictures of the old unit and attic space, it became clear that I needed a new HVAC system. He took the time to explain my options and highlighted the performance and efficiency each component would offer, including enhanced indoor air quality and quieter operation. Plus, the new HVAC system will use less electricity and be more cost-effective with my solar panels. Along with the new HVAC system and air ducts, I opted for a whole-house air purifier, a UV-C germicidal lamp, and a sleek new heat pump. The heat pump's compact design allowed the team to move it over several feet, widening the walkway. The fantastic team of Andy, Daniel, Mario, and Jon guided us through every step of the installation process and provided a great recap of the work completed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived on time and made sure to clean up the work area before leaving for the day. As a nice bonus, Andy provided a portable air conditioner, which was a welcome relief during the 100 °F weather. I wholeheartedly give Steve's 5 Star Service, along with Angel, Kat, Andy, Daniel, Mario, and Jon, a perfect 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating, air conditioning, or plumbing services.
