  From start to finish, Ron the salesperson, was very easy to work with and very customer oriented. We negotiated the pricing to our liking and love that I was able to use my credit card without extra charges like other companies. The installers, both named Javier, did an outstanding job and were very courteous, professional, and thoughtful. Overall, an outstanding job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wally's carpet to my family and friends.

  We had a great experience with Wally's. Wayne brought over a variety of carpet samples for us to review. He suggested a pet friendly carpet and we found exactly what we wanted. Installation was a breeze with our two installers. They were courteous and respectful. Thanks, Wally's for a great, positive experience!

  Jake at the San Bernardino store was the one that we dealt with for the measuring and installation scheduling. He was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and accommodating with all my changes in scheduling the flooring installation. He was always available when I called and helped me with all my questions. When installers arrived and began work, they found we needed a new sub floor installed due to wood floor damage. I called Jake and he was able to quickly give me a fair price for the additional work. I was very happy with the customer service, quality of materials and installation.
