He suggested a pet friendly carpet and we found exactly what we wanted. Installation was a breeze with our two installers. They were courteous and respectful. He was very helpful and accommodating with all my changes in scheduling the flooring installation. He was always available when I called and helped me with all my questions. When installers arrived and began work, they found we needed a new sub floor installed due to wood floor damage. I called Jake and he was able to quickly give me a fair price for the additional work. I was very happy with the customer service, quality of materials and installation.

He was very patient and we were thinking over our options and once we picked what we wanted we had everything installed within a couple of days. Javier did a great job installing the carpet and worked very cleanly. Their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
