Gave me options and explained everything. He called and had Will and Kaleb come to clear the drain to the main line. They were all friendly and left no messes and everything working great.

He spent more than an hour to check and adjust something. The heater was back on. He also explained their annual maintenance program in detail. Since we were 1st time customer and also joined the maintenance program, he didn’t charge today’s service. He said it was a courtesy service! Matthew provided us an excellent and professional service! Thank you!!
- ELEsther LeungJan 5, 20265.0I have a sewer pipe leak water in my condo coming from the corner of the garage.probably builder’s fault .Unfortunately it’s passed the warranty period .I called Steve’s Air and Kevin is the one gave the estimate. I really don’t know if the price is reasonable but I need the job done as I am getting the condo ready for sale. The following Monday, Kevin,Will and Kaleb came and fixed the problem. They were young gentlemen who were courteous and friendly. I would not definitely use them again.
