  I was able to meet with a technician the same day I called for a consultation on a new garage door. Jose was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. Once my HOA approves the installation, I look forward to ny new garage door!

  If you have issues with your garage door, make Besser your first call! My technician, Chris, was an expert and got my repairs completed with care and efficiency. Now, I feel safer using my door.

  Deshaun was super knowledgable and polite. He worked quickly and also gave me suggestions on how to take care of my door. He was also very good at cleaning up after doing the work and didn't leave a mess. Thanks!!!

  Chris arrived early to our appointment. He called before arriving and let me know his expected time of arrival. He then text me with a picture of himself and his van upon arrival. I appreciated all of the updates and details. Once here, Chris was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable on the heat and wind conditions we face in North Fontana, and offered me many different options and explained each one thoroughly. He also answered all of my questions fully. He even stated that there possible discounts available and removed them from the estimate. He showed me a digital rendering of what the finished job might look like. He emailed me copies of the rendering, the options, and the detailed estimate all at no cost. He informed me of the following up service they offer free of charge after to installation to ensure there are no issues. Before leaving Chris asked me to keep him up to date on any other estimates I might get and stated he would try to beat them. I was completely satisfied with my interaction with Chris. I would highly recommend Besser Garage Doors if you are considering new garage doors.
