It all started with their salesman, Basil, who was knowledgeable, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and put together a fair, well-thought-out package that met our needs perfectly. Ken, the owner, was equally impressive—always available, patient with questions, and extremely helpful. He even provided trusted referrals for interior work, which made the entire process even smoother. The roofing crew was exceptional, led by Carlos. They arrived on time every single day, did impeccable work, and demonstrated an incredible level of skill, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. Each evening, they left the job site spotless and orderly, which truly speaks to their professionalism and pride in their work. We are beyond pleased with the outcome. The roof is absolutely perfect, and the AC installations went just as smoothly.   I'M NOT TOO SURE HOW GOOD IT WAS DONE, BECAUSE IT WAS DONE SO QUICKLY THAT I CAN'T EMAGINE IT WAS DONE RIGHT!!! AND LEFT BLACK SPOTS ON MY CEMENT. SO I CAN ONLY HOPE IT WAS DONE RIGHT.....

  Arrived on time. Nailed down flashing and other roof maintenance before applying RoofMaxx. Hosed down any overspray from my plants and patio. Very satisfied.
