  Joe Anderson was my rep and helped me from start to finish. This was about a 2 month process of quote reworks and tons of questions asked by me. He answered his phone every time, showed great patience with all of my changes and even picked up the paint for my shed from my house personally. The team of 2 that showed up at the house to do the build were great as well. Very professional, worked quickly and clean. My shed was dedigned to be an office and had several custom asks that they handled with no issue. I would highly recommend using tuff shed and grab Joe as your rep. You cant go wrong.

  One word: PHENOMENAL. From start to finish the professionalism, quality, value and service are absolutely impeccable. Simply put: "You just don't have a shed if it ain't a TUFF-SHED!" A few short weeks ago, I realized I needed more space to store my man stuff.. you know; tools, car parts, more tools, old Xmas decorations I may have used once ten years ago, several large boxes of knick knacks taking up endless space in the garage (you get the jist)... That Sunday afternoon, is when I quickly embarked on the mission to explore sheds and fulfill my dream of my "perfect" piece of carpentry fabrication for my backyard. I then landed on the Tuff Shed website and was amazed that I could customize, design, and articulate my "shed dreams" to a full rendering online. Once I was able to bring my subconscious thought to a digital rendition, that was a wrap. The next day I made it a point to swing into the location - which is where I was greeted by Moises. My next mental hit-list of check-boxes that needed to be checked was seeing a display in person... and man! Do they have displays on-deck! Moises was kind, super informative, patient, genuine, sincere, and is a perfect representative of the TS brand. A balance between customer-liason, part-carpenter (knows his product), sales person, customer advocate, and everything else that makes a shed dream experience top-notch. Moises, I salute you. Thank you for everything. It was an honor and a pleasure working with you. Scheduling was accomplished in two shakes of a lambs (or dogs -or- triceratops' [insert your critter of choice]) tail. Roughly ten days for my installation day. Super painless. BUT! The story doesn't end there.. My installers were two true gentlemen... Willfredo and Chris... and I struggle to articulate how equally amazed I was... bare with me... 10-shiny stars. It would not be an embellishment if I told you their precision, meticulous nature, quality of work, fit and finish, dynamic personalities, customer-service skills... and most importantly: super freaking hard working guys. ABSOLUTELY ON POINT! I gained new friends in this process! Totally am in-love with my new man-shed/ Tuff Shed! Additionally am incredibly grateful I made the choice to give it a whirl and connect with people who care about my experience. From A to Z... it was seamless, painless, and the staff from Moises to schedulers to the installation crew... these guys have it down to a science! I can only leave 5 stars, but would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you. Genuinely. If you're reading this review- look no further. The brand and PEOPLE check ALL of the boxes! Pay em' a visit.. you'll thank me later! There are sheds in this world.. then there are ⚡️SHEDS! ⚡️💪 If you're on the fence.. dont be! Get' you some! (Longest review I've ever written in my life. Seriously, it means something ;) A+ from A to Z!
