    Max was our service person. He was kind, respectful and took his time to explain all our options for replacing our water heater and the process for doing so. He was meticulous in ensuring everything was correct and we understood the work that was done. He was Amazing!! We are very pleased!!

    When it was time to replace my water heater I contacted a few different places and ended up using Water Heaters Only...and I'm glad I did. Max D. was the technician who did the installation at my house and he was awesome. Not only was he professional and knowledgable, he was also a very nice guy who clearly took great pride in his work. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the company.

    I really liked Tony! He was so personable and not trying to sell me. Our water heater was done for. There wasn’t much to discuss because it was obvious it needed to be replaced NOW. I gave four stars instead of five because of the price. It had been almost 9 years since our last WH, and I know that prices have risen rather dramatically on everything. But it was still a surprise to hear the price. Tony gets 5 stars, though.

    Our water heater started making loud noises and then died -- it needed to be replaced. After doing research and reading reviews across multiple sites, I decided to go with Water Heaters Only, and I'm soooo happy I did. I spoke with Phil and he kindly walked me through my options and answered all of my questions before scheduling an appointment for that afternoon. With that first interaction I immediately knew I chose the right company. The technician, Max, contacted me and showed up right on schedule. He was so kind, honest, patient and personable and explained in detail what he was going to do. He even worked to get us a discount because our water heater was outside and easily accessible. It only took Max about three hours to get everything installed and secured. Plus, he fixed the metal storage compartment so that the door could finally close! After he was done he showed me how to light the pilot in case it ever goes out and provided me with contact information just in case I needed anything else. I am so thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service from both Max and Phil that I can't wait to recommend this business to everyone I know! Many thanks!

    Had to replace our old gas water heater and was looking for more efficient options. I was able to get a quick appointment with Max who walked me through options and we ultimately decided on a heat pump water heater. The install was a little tricky due to space limitations, but Max did a fantastic job and our new water heater is working great.
