When Max came out to help with my existing 75 gallon tank which was 25 yrs old, he didn't try to sell me a tankless water heater and he didn't scare me to think that mine was gonna explode any second. He is personable, honest and has the best work ethic. He worked so hard into the evening to get the system working before my holiday quests arrived. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

We spoke to Cyrus on the phone who was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We spoke to him on Sunday at 1:30pm and were surprised when he said he could have an installer out that evening. Max arrived around 5pm and explained everything that needed to be done for the installation. He was very knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs and even helped to get us a discount on the entire installation, which was greatly appreciated. It was amazing how fast (3 hours) and expertly he installed the new water heater. He did little things only an extreme professional would do or even think to do. After the install he took the time to show me how to light the pilot in case it ever goes out. He assured me to not hesitate to call if I needed any future help. He placed a label on the new water heater with all the needed information for future reference He left my garage spotless when he was done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new water heater. Their customer service is unsurpassed. They completely treat their customers with kindness and respect and truly make you feel like they appreciate your business.
