The Cross Family have served the community with blood and sweat for many years and now include Reno besides their Truckee and No. Lake yards. From the lumber/supply yards to the design center and door shop, they are a one shop stop store. Gotta say, I do miss the days of working with Ruth for my remodel jobs, but she's retired and I don't do remodeling any longer. Keep it going TTL.

There may not be much customer service at the big box stores, but there is zero here. I waited to post a review after my first few visits in case, but after multiple visits now for work and personal use, I have yet to have a good experience here. I will not be returning, I'll just stick with ACE and Home Depot.
