The installation team was professional, punctual, and paid amazing attention to detail—my new floors look great!   Friendly, professional and fast. The owner Rick is a general contractor and he is very knowledgeable. They remodeled my house in Tahoe two years ago and it came out amazing! To property owners with hardwood floors, it’s very important to keep the humidity of the house due to the dryness of the Tahoe area especially in winter. I recently reused Precision Flooring for my Reno property due to my past positive experience with them. They also have a good variety of product lines to choose from. What a beautiful work they’ve done. I’ve attached some pictures of both the two projects they’ve done. Can’t be happier 🙏

  We paid a premium to support a local business and work with Precision. This was a mistake. The owners Rick and Marcus refuse to take any responsibility if something goes wrong on your project. We paid $30K (1400 sq ft of engineered hardwood), and dozens of planks cracked end-to-end within 6 months of install. We tried every diplomatic route to resolve this, with no luck. Unfortunately, posting a negative review on the internet is a last resort. The least we can do is save you from the frustration (and cost) of working with them.
