- RORyan O'Neal3 days ago1.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called to have my Daikin system (which was under warranty) to be looked at by a technician. They set up an appointment for the following week. I then received a call saying the technician wouldn't warranty the AC. I said that "the technician doesn't warranty a unit...Daikin warranties the unit". The gal that set up the appointment simply said the technician refused to submit the request to Daikin for the parts. How lazy is that? Well, if google reviews are meant to identify terrible and exceptional service...hear you go. These guys are terrible.
- FKFr. Graham KeepJan 15, 20255.0@Mike came out to do a regular maintenance, as part of purchasing the unit 3 years ago, and he fixed a minor problem with the system. NC. I also had a problem with some electrical issues. Referring me to their sister company - All Power, he got the technician Alex, from there on the phone and solved the mystery. NC. @Alex was willing to come out immediately - so thumbs up for him too! I cannot thank Mike and One Way Heating & Air for their friendly, informative and GO BEYOND THE JOB. They were great three years ago for the installation and co to ie to be amazing. Thanks Mike! I would give 6 stars, but 5 is the top.
