  This was for a conversion from a gas water heater to a hybrid electric water heater. Eric was fabulous. He answered all of my questions. He even did some research on his own to make suggestions for my installation. I ended up making some last-minute changes and he was able accommodate them. The work site was left clean, and the work was professionally done. I will be using WISEWAY for my future plumbing needs.

  We called Wiseway when our 14-year-old Noritz tankless water heater broke down at our home. We had some warning, but by the time we got help, it had already failed and was leaking. Wiseway is a certified plumber from Noritz and we found them on the Noritz website. Amanda answered the phone in a few rings and had us an appointment the next morning, 8:00 AM. They send you a text message and a photo of the technician before he arrives for anytime during the visit and Eric was right on time. He was both courteous and respectful of our home as he wore booties or took his shoes off when he came into the house. He used an internal camera and identified the problem very quickly and showed me the extensive corrosion and other damage that the hard water did on the inside and I saw that we had to get a full replacement. He provided us with three options that varied in price and features. It was great to know that Wiseway keeps their own supply of heaters and they had a direct replacement Noritz in stock. He installed it later that day in only a few hours. After fourteen years, a lot of the water heater components had started to rust or degrade since it was installed outdoors. His prices included new valves, any additional rerouting, and a water filter to reduce the wear on the unit. Eric also cleaned up after removing everything and left the area spotless. Eric also walked me through all the various features of the unit and reviewed the revised flushing procedure since I do it on my own. He explained all the plumbing features that he installed and what they were used for and he was very patient to answer all my questions about the unit. On his way out, he answered some other plumbing questions and problems that we were having and he provided some reasonable solutions. Eric has 20+ years of experience in the field and he answered every one of my questions with a confident expertise that was not condescending and I did not feel like he was selling me anything that I did not need. The final price did not change from the final estimate and they took my Visa on the spot.

  WiseWay Plumbing was excellent! Our upstairs sink was clogged and we were told by a previous plumber that the repair would be in the thousands! WiseWay rep Eric came by, conducted a thorough diagnostic and was able to resolve the entire issue within one hour. The price was not in the thousands and very moderate. I love the respect shown for my family home, Eric's professionalism, and friendliness. WE WILL be using, WiseWay for our plumbing needs from now on. Thank you, Eric and WiseWay plumbing.
