After receiving that news, I called WiseWay Plumbing who sent out Eric. Eric was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately knew my water heater was still under warranty and actually diagnosed the issue. He then made sure I had a temporary fix for hot water until the water heater company shipped the part out. Eric being honest and knowledgeable actually saved me thousands of dollars and prevented me from being taken advantage of by someone else. He's now helping out with the annual maintenance of my tankless water heater system.
