My techs, Joshua and Jason, were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the entire process. From the very start, they took the time to answer all my questions and coordinated smoothly with my landlord to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Joshua provided an estimate and explained everything in detail, so I never felt out of the loop. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and I felt confident knowing they were handling the replacement of my wall furnace heater. They literally took care of everything-- remove the old unit, permits, install, thermostat, make sure it's functioning well, etc. It was a breeze I also had the pleasure of speaking with Raymond, the chief contractor, and Maryam, the owner, both of whom were incredibly responsive and helpful. They made sure everything was taken care of promptly, and I really appreciated their communication and transparency. Bottom line: you're in great hands with One Hour Heating and Air South Bay! They made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I give this incredible team my highest possible recommendation and hope others use them as well
