My first instinct was to call the repair professionals at Carter Appliance......and I am happy I did!! I scheduled an appointment and their technician Isac Buenrostro arrived at the agreed to time. Isac was punctual, professional, knowledable and experienced. He quickly diagnosed my issue and ordered a replacement defroster fan and associated parts. Once the parts arrived Isac returned to remove and replace the worn out items. After their replacement, the refrigerator held temperature as required. However, the new fan was abnormally noisy. Carter Appliance gladly replaced the fan with a new unit under warranty at no charge. Carter Appliance stands behind their work!! My regrigerator is cold and my fan is silent!! Thanks Carter Appliance and thank you Isac!!! BTW - I hope you had a great weekend fishing!!

The company's customer service was great and the technicians showed up on time, did a great job, and explained to me how the unit works and about future maintenance. I would recommend Carter Services to anyone looking for this type of installation.

He gave me his honest opinion about upgrading my current electrical system given the way the circuits were designed back 30 years ago. He also fixed my dining room switch and was pretty specific about the repair (making sure it looked clean and wasn’t a hodgepodge job). He cleaned up the area afterwards. He also rejiggered one of the circuit breaker that caused my entire garage electrical systems to go out. One of the electricians that came out the day before was giving some BS repair they needed to do when it just needed a little more resetting of the circuit breaker. Thank you Carter Services for your honesty.
