A lot of the electric panels are no longer available but he is persistent and doesn't give up. Thankfully I now have it working after the electric panel was blown from an electric shutoff. I had called other service providers and after seeing it recommended a new one which turned out not to be necessary thanks to Carter's commitment to it's long time customers.

I said no thank you and paid the $148 trip charge. So I searched YouTube a bit and found my solution; bought a new Venturi valve on Amazon for $20 and am happy.

His diagnosis was quick and accurate, he had the part on his truck, we had a pleasant conversation, all of my questions were answered, the testing was complete and thorough, the clean up was exemplary, it was done quickly. This is why I kept their card from the first time they came to visit many years ago. They are my go to service!
