Technicians Kennan and Aaron came today to flush my tankless water heater which is included in that annual service package. They were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. After they flushed the tankless heater, they helped me with maintenance of my garage disposal and my bathroom sink. Very good communication for appointments and very professional. I would recommend this service. Will write more after I get my steam oven fixed.

He then prioritized our repair project, scheduling the necessary work for the very next day. This quick action enabled us to restore water service promptly and allowed the furnace installers to resume their work without delay. Throughout the process, Samuel maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping us informed about every step of the job. In addition to addressing the initial leak, he resolved several other issues that were identified during his visit. These included cleaning a drain, replacing an aerator, and installing a new angle stop on the bathroom sink (at no additional cost). The value and quality of service provided by Samuel and Carter Services far surpassed my expectations. Based on this experience, I am committed to continuing to use Carter Services and Samuel for all of my future plumbing needs.
