  We always rely on Carter for reliable and reasonable appliance repair. Recently, our old refrigerator was running warm again and ultimately was unable to be repaired due to discontinuation of a failed part. For a service trip fee of $159, Isac provided excellent diagnosis (RIP Frigidaire) and support. I followed Isac's expert advice and purchased a new GE fridge based on his recommendations. Thank you Carter! We will continue to call on you for our appliance repair needs (vintage Maytag washer/dryer still kickin’ thanks to you)!

  We’ve used Carter Appliance Service several times. The schedulers are very helpful and friendly. They can normally schedule our service the next day. Our technician , Sergio, always calls us to set up a time that meets our busy day. He will text us when he is on his way, and it’s always within the time window. Sergio can diagnose the problem quickly and explain what is wrong and what needs to be done to get our appliance up and running. He will give us a detailed breakdown of the parts and timeline needed to repair our appliance. He works quickly and finished with one the time he quoted. The area is always clean when he’s finished. I’ve recommended Carter Services to many of my neighbors and friends.

  We contacted Carter Services to address low hot water pressure and leaking plumbing with our kitchen sink. Our technician Samuel was extremely professional in putting together the estimate and completing the service call.   Our plumbers, Jerry and Kobe, came out today to diagnose and install an under-sink kitchen water filtration unit, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything along the way. Their attention to detail and willingness to educate us really stood out. The installation was completed efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and the system works perfectly. We truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them.

  We were very happy with Steven G and the Carter company. We hired them to replace an external leaking hose faucet, and they were clear about the process and the estimated cost. Just before they arrived, we discovered another leak under the kitchen sink. Steven took the time to diagnose the issue, propose a solution, provide an estimate, and was able to complete the work in the same appointment. They took pictures of the “before and after” for both repairs and clearly explained the work that had been completed. He was on time and communicated well and there were no surprise charges. We will use them again for future projects.
