  Juan Serrano is the plumber who did a maintenance check as well as checking for any possible indicators for a substantial leak or increase in water consumption. He did a thorough check and made some changes such as the amount of toilet water usage. He decreased the volume of water by an inch or so. Juan also found and gave/showed us data about the current water meter readings. He was a wealth of information. He did inform us that he was instructor in plumbing. We appreciated all the information, recommendations and solutions given to us. He also had some previous experience in the area of pools, very helpful. We are members of Timo’s HVAC & Plumbing service, so we were eligible for a discount in future services. A+++

  Timo’s is terrific! They have been providing the biannual maintenance for my HVAC systems for many years. Frankie is usually the one who comes to make sure everything is ready for the summer and winter months. He is professional, knows and treats my house like it was his own and clearly explains things. Recently, I had to replace one of the units. Tom and Jose came to do that job. Again, they were professional, treated my home with respect and clearly explained details about the new system. I highly recommend Timo’s for anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and courteous company and team for all HVAC matters.

  Josh the Tec from Timos's went above and beyond. He did the service call quickly. Everything was in good order. I did however have a request to connect my thermostats to teh internet. That proved to be a challenge.Ultimately he found One thermostat had to be replace in order to connect to the internet. He is returning today to install the new thermostat and connect it to the internet. Thank you Josh for going above and beyond!!!

  Resident of Palm Springs, CA and this is my second review for Timos AC & Heating. Technician Felipe Arechiga has serviced our home for the last two seasons. Professional, thoughtful and friendly, we've been very pleased with the service he has provided. Service manager Keith has been very helpful answering questions about a recent warranty repair. Living in Palm Springs where temps can reach upwards of 120° in the summer, having a reliable AC company is paramount. Timos has been excellent.

  I wanted to acknowledge the driver of the Timo’s van yesterday that was in front of me. He was driving safely, had his blinker on to get in the slower lane, and had one car pull out in front of him making him brake and a second car speed past him on the other side, coming from nowhere. He could have easily not seen either car, he could have overreacted and swerved, and he could have reacted angrily and honked at them both. He didn’t. He was plain and simply a safe driver that realized he was driving a van with advertisement. I recently had the opposite experience with a separate HVAC company whose office manager was rude and dismissive. With this good example in front of me, I felt obligated to write in and let Timo’s know the way they act even when they aren’t with customers will get them business in the future. Thank you.
