  We started shopping for an ac in February we went to 6 vendors. Mendez, was by far the top choice. They were very responsive, followed up with us and answered all our questions. This was not an easy install and we had an at least 20+ year unit. Mendez sent multiple techs out and they got everything done in one day. They are very competitive and we got a better warranty and quality product than anyone else. If you need an ac go to Mendez

  This is Glenn- one of the owners of joe coffee in Provincetown and soon to be in Palm Springs - for our Palm Springs condo residence we had Rick Mendez and his team replace our roof 4 ton HVAC. The team was very professional , friendly , delivered on the estimate and the high quality promised - cleaned up everything before they left - the office manager Rhonda was extremely helpful and kept us informed during the entire process and quickly addressed our questions. Rick the owner was hands on and met with us from the beginning to the final install and test . Would highly recommend this team .

  We moved into our new home and wanted to have regular servicing on our HVAC systems There was a Martinez HVAC sticker on the heat pump from the previous owners. Contacted a friendly front office staff member and scheduled an appointment for the next day I received a text with our tech Dave info with his picture. Dave called and said he was 30 mins out. He arrived and spent a good 40 mins on both units and condensers New filters were installed and answered all of our questions. We signed up for the Annual Two Service Plan. Highly recommend!

  We've been using Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating for both repairs and yearly maintenance, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Marcos and Abraham were wonderful to work with — professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Marcos especially went above and beyond. He took the time to walk us through everything, explaining what was being done and why, so we never felt left in the dark. It's rare to find that level of care and transparency, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone looking for a team they can truly trust. We'll definitely be back for all of our future HVAC needs!

  I just had Mendez service 5 AC units across 3 properties. It was a great experience from the get-go. Kelly, who scheduled my appointment, Victor, and his assistant who did the work, were all very professional and friendly! I really appreciated the reminder emails and text messages, and that Victor called about 1/2 an hour before arrival to let me know he was on the way! And they only found one problem with one of the units so it wasn't as expensive a day as it could have been.
