- SSStan Sass1 day ago5.0Today, we had the very best experience with Byron, Juan and Miguel. Byron arrived first, and set the pace for his associates. We had our 26-year old ducts replaced, along with new vent covers and Oh My Goodness! we had no idea what we were missing! These guys were so fastidious - tarps and covers were the first thing they did, keeping the house clean while they took care of cooling us properly. All three of them were polite and even put up with all the 'comments' from our small dogs. They arrived on time, and left us with an amazingly cool home. Can't thank Byron, Juan and Miguel enough for their expertise and enthusiasm for their jobs. They were the best!

With staff members like that that’s why you choose someone like the general. Now the downside, what started as a tuneup ended up costing $1700 in parts. Not saying that they were not needed, but it seemed a little bit on the high side.
