There was a part to be replaced and they explained the issue to my satisfaction. Excellent repair, showed up on time and explained the cost. Have used them for several years and will continue to do so. I sign up for the yearly plan and can save myself money if repair required.

They bill ahead and express the bill as if it's for today when it's really for 2026. And today they suggested surge protection without actually checking if the property itself already was covered for surge. When you phone to voice any concern, the response is shallow and flip. I've also had trouble with their repair service and no shows.

Alternative means such as alternative ways to gain access were not used. Upon reaching a Timo's representative by telephone, she told me they tried to reach me several times. Upon investigating further, the calls were blocked by my spam filter. When I called Timo's the number showed up as spam. We never had problems with them before. The technician who serviced our system for several years is no longer with the company. He was great. . After being told by the Representative that a technician would be out that afternoon, no one showed up. I spent an entire day waiting for service . I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Quote $3200.Nothing sounded right. I stopped the authorization and called the company that installed the HVAC unit when we built the house to check it out.. Electronics were OK and an OEM blower motor was installed all in for $1200 ... $2000 less than Timos. It pays to get a second opinion!
