This time, maintenance found that my furnace only had 3 of 4 burners working and my A/C Freon was leaking like a sieve. It was suggested that I not keep spending money on a very old system. I didn't feel like he was "selling" me something, although he was but his information was solid and wise. The pricing was reasonable but still quite lofty - but since they've always been reliable and good to me, I didn't "shop" them out. The price was very close to what I expected. I decided to go with a heat pump system, to "start over". Jorge and Rigger came the next day and all in one day did a clean and efficient install. They got me hooked up on the app for the smart thermostat, and were fantastic. I'm a big fan of everyone I've dealt with at Mendez - office, Maintenance guys, and installers alike!
