We operate as a highly rated licensed contractor whose technicians are background checked and drug tested, we always obtain all permits as required and we are also fully insured, which means you don’t have to worry when inviting us into your home for service or installation of your home’s plumbing and comfort system.

As I was ready to agree to this, he then said it would be an addition $114 for the service call. I asked if that shouldn’t be credited to the bill (like every other service company I’ve used), and he said no. I ended our transaction at that time. You lost a customer in me for life. The general team worked until we the job was finished and tested. They came back after the completion to check the air flow.

At first it was not going to be affordable for us but then he worked out other options and presented them to us. With those other additional options we were able to make a more educated decision and it was much more affordable plan for us. So after like four hours and panecito and chips and pets and family talk we made the decision. Thank you General and thanks so much Louie for your time, your new friendship and for all the different options you presented to us!!!
