  So happy with On Time Home Services! They came out quickly, completed the job, drain and flush hot water heater, and did a thorough check of all other water systems at a good price. Julian is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. An overall great experience.

  Amazing service and professionalism. Our tech Brandon and Graham were awesome, they answered our questions, kept us informed and within a few hours everything was clean, done and working great. Sue and Crystal in the office also were very helpful and professional. Overall, I strongly recommend On Time for home services.

  I requested that a technician come to the house to give me an estimate of how much the repair cost for a broken shower handle as well as other accessories needed such as the spout and a shower head. Julian provided a very good explanation of my options if I were to buy the parts and just pay for the labor or have the company do everything to include purchasing the parts from a local vendor. He also explained the process needed to complete the repair so I had a complete picture of the repair process. Julian was very professional. Part of the reason why I requested a quote is to have my water heater flushed of debris. He explained the step by step procedure and the reasons why he was doing each step. He was honest and has excellent communication skills. Five stars all the way for him!

  The whole experience was great from the be moment I met with Brian! I Tod him I was on a tight budget and needed something good yet economical. He sold me a good product at a great price compared to other estimates. Installation was great. I would defiantly recommend On time home services to friends and family. Thank you on time home services for getting us cool again!

  Julian was our On Time Home Service technician. As with other On Time technicians, we received a call before he arrived saying that he was on his way. We also received a text with his photograph so we would recognize him when he came to the door. I appreciate that this is a common practice with On Time Home Service. Julian arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Before he got to work flushing our tankless water heater, he explained everything that he was going to do and confirmed the quoted price. He drained the water heater, gave it a thorough inspection, and answered all of my questions. Even though the unit had not been flushed in a very long time, he was honest about the fact that it is in good shape and did not require any additional parts or maintenance. As part of the quoted service he inspected every faucet, toilet, shower-head, and spigot inside and outside the house. He tested water pressure, drain pipes, and over-all condition. Once again, he was honest in saying that everything was in good working order. He did not try to add on additional parts or services. I’ve now turned to On Time Home Service for both air-conditioning and plumbing needs. I’m impressed with their customer service and skilled technicians. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
