The guy who was working said that there was no one to rent equipment because someone had the day off. Chris was the guy helping me. He wasn't an office person but he made sure that he put me in contact with United rentals from another store to rent the machine over the phone. He could have just kept on what he was doing and let me sit there all morning but instead he made sure I got taken care of. He should be running that store. Chris was professional,courteous, and made my life a lot easier because I had guys showing up on a job at 7:30. Thanks Chris!
