  Had LVP flooring installed in 2020 so it’s been 5 years. We have multiple places that the boards are lifting and cracking, boards are separating as if the tongue where they snap together is breaking. My wife called Jonh and he stated it was not under warranty. He was short, and condescending with his response, he was no help at all. Had someone else come and do the repairs. The guy who did repairs said it should have had a moisture barrier and that was most likely why there is so many lifting and broken boards. Spend thousands of dollars for flooring that only last 5 years and did not wanna offer any solutions to our problem.

  John, Dalton and the team are wonderful! They were helpful from start to finish and communicated frequently to ensure the project was on track. I absolutely love my floors and baseboards, it transformed our house and was done in record time with such meticulous attention to detail too!
