- APAndrew ParrottNov 9, 20255.011/17/25. There was a small issue with the prior install of new equipment. Michael Rico came out, immediately identified the issues, and fixed them. He invited me up into the attic and showed me the issues and repairs, and did so expediently. I'm very happy with his work, and would hope he's the one to come back in the future if needed. 11/5/25. Andrew came out for an inspection of my hvac at my house. He told me that the 19 year old clam shell heat exchangers in my heaters were just starting to leak a bit of carbon monoxide due to years of heat cycling and corrosion. He showed me photos taken with a special camera. We discussed new heaters, and planned the install for the next day. Andrew is very professional and let me look at everything he was doing as he worked. 11/6/25. Austin and Brandon came out and installed two new furnaces in my attic. They started at 8am, and finished around 11:30 am. They let me look around at the old and new equipment, and generally invited me to watch what they were getting done. Both men were very professional and accommodating. I'm sticking with "On Time"!
- WBWanda BianchiniOct 25, 20251.0Do not try their plumbing services. They came to flush out water tank and left the gas line closed the pilot light off, don't know if the water line is open. They did the work on Thursday I reported the issue on Friday at afternoon. with no return call. Then Saturday morning I tried again only to be told they would fix their mistake on Monday morning. So their mistake and they want to leave us with no hot water from Thursday until Monday morning?? No any kind of good service from their staff.
