- TTT TSep 29, 20251.0Call was great called them early morning to check and see if they cut custom carpet sizes first lady was very polite and transferred me to another who was also a delight. Confirmed they could cut my custom size, 30x30 then drove on in. Floor person was probably the rudest employee I've ever encountered, talking down to me and mocking me when I mentioned the carpet size. Told him I called and confirmed earlier then he started getting more upset and hostile for some reason. Confirmed the number with him and told him it was two women I spoke to, an operator and someone from the warehouse I assume, he then got even more upset saying it's not possible no women work there just him. So I left and tried to call back to speak to the warehouse again, he hangs up on me twice, then on the third gets all upset I wanted to speak to the warehouse then tells me he spoke to her and I never mentioned size. No idea what he's going through at the moment but calling someone a liar...while lying to them yourself, mocking them and talking down to them over what was potentially just a miscommunication is wild to say the least. Especially while he's white-knuckling that huge stick and getting redder and redder in the face.

- OOOBrienAug 7, 20205.0We called and had a few other places come out a give us a quote. Those companies kept trying to up sell us on carpet even tho we told them we knew what we wanted. We made a call and spoke to Art, and he invited us in to the showroom to take a look at samples. Art listened to what we wanted, and our price range, and only showed us those. He made recommendations based on what we wanted and showed us quite a few different examples all within what we wanted to pay. Art even came out same day to measure and send us a quote. The overall experience we had in the showroom was the best I've had. Upon purchasing and scheduling install, we hit a few snags and had to reschedule twice. Norma worked with us to reschedule multiple times with no issues. Art even checked in to make sure everything was going well. The day of install the crew was a little late, but fear not, Art was able to call and let us know. Once they got there, install was quick and seamless. They finished quickly and it looks great. Kudos all around and to anyone looking for a stress free experience, head over here and ask for Art.
