  I literally cannot say enough good things about America’s Finest Carpet (AFC.) This company exceeded all expectations at every step and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Before contacting AFC, I had gotten a quote and agreed to an install by one of the “big box” home improvement stores. I won’t go into detail, but I will say that America’s Finest Carpet did everything the big box store promised to do, at a better price, all while delivering superior customer service. Left in a bind by the previous company, I called AFC on a Thursday to ask if they offer Saturday installs, which thankfully they do. I was assisted by a gentleman named Arthur who was very knowledgeable and provided exemplary customer service. Less than an hour after leaving the showroom, Arthur himself was at my house taking measurements to provide a quote. I had a quote less than an hour later. Somehow, despite the carpet being the same price from both companies, and the “big box” home improvement store offering free installation - Americas Finest Carpet was $200 less expensive. I agreed to the price and Arthur assured me he would reach out the next morning to schedule the install. Without fail, Arthur called me right on time and got the install scheduled exactly when I needed it. He followed up with me several times days before the install, keeping me in the loop on the installers anticipated arrival time. Sure enough, the installer showed up exactly when Arthur said he would. I met Rodolfo, who despite being there solely to install the carpet, demonstrated the same world-class professionalism and customer service that I had experienced thus far. Rodolfo had the job completed in exactly the time he estimated - about 1.5 hours. And he did an EXCELLENT job! I never thought I would be excited about carpet, but Rodolfo’s level of talent, expertise, and craftsmanship was phenomenal. I was stoked. Arthur called me about an hour after the install to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the job. Incredible customer care, from start to finish. I cannot thank him, Rodolfo, and Americas Finest Carpet enough. If you need flooring, trust me - don’t waste your time with one of the big box stores. Americas Finest Carpet will do a better job, for a better price, and with infinitely better customer service.

  Great customer service from the manager Arthur and Robert at the Temecula location.They take great safety precautions and showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Would highly recommend.

  We called and had a few other places come out a give us a quote. Those companies kept trying to up sell us on carpet even tho we told them we knew what we wanted. We made a call and spoke to Art, and he invited us in to the showroom to take a look at samples. Art listened to what we wanted, and our price range, and only showed us those. He made recommendations based on what we wanted and showed us quite a few different examples all within what we wanted to pay. Art even came out same day to measure and send us a quote. The overall experience we had in the showroom was the best I've had. Upon purchasing and scheduling install, we hit a few snags and had to reschedule twice. Norma worked with us to reschedule multiple times with no issues. Art even checked in to make sure everything was going well. The day of install the crew was a little late, but fear not, Art was able to call and let us know. Once they got there, install was quick and seamless. They finished quickly and it looks great. Kudos all around and to anyone looking for a stress free experience, head over here and ask for Art.
