Hector and Manuel were really helpful -- they had to try a number of things to clear the clog and clean the line but they kept at until it was cleared. And along the way they kept both my and my landlord updated, and flagged a couple of things that they noticed while doing the work. Would recommend to anyone who needs fast and reliable plumbing work!
