  I called on a Sunday for a main sewer line clog and was quoted $223, explicitly including the weekend fee. After giving verbal approval, the plumber arrived and said the real cost was $550—more than double—blaming the rep for quoting incorrectly. When I called for clarification, the representative was rude and dismissive (“I don’t have time for this”) and transferred me multiple times, each person giving a higher price. It felt like a bait-and-switch, but I reluctantly agreed. After the visit, I was told the line was cleared—only to find out it wasn’t. The company said they’d send someone back between 4:30–8:30pm. No one showed. When I called at 8:30, I was routed to a frustrating AI system despite their claim of 24/7 live agents. Someone finally came at 10pm, and I received multiple blocked calls from a representative upset that I wasn’t there to let them in. Overall: misleading pricing, poor communication, and the issue wasn’t even fixed. Update: 24 hours later, still no call back from the company. All that has happened was that they responded to this review and still proceeded to charge my credit card the full price.

  Philip the plumber did an excellent job fixing a major clog issue in our apartment. Both toilets and bathroom sinks were backed up, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get everything working perfectly again. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciate his help — highly recommend!

  We recently had a plumber come out to fix a clogged sink drain, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair itself was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They also took the time to clean up the area, which I didn’t expect but definitely noticed. The sink is now draining better. Overall, reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jose was the one who came out and the overall experience was great.

  We had a plumbing issue later in the evening and our plumber came exactly when scheduled. He was kind, polite, and extremely helpful. Our plumber fixed a clog in our main line that had been plaguing us for weeks in a matter of minutes. I cannot stress how much of a relief it was that he was willing to come out after normal business hours on a Friday and not wait until Monday. I cannot recommend him enough.

  I am very happy for the property management by Anthony for our apartment as well as the repair of the drainage system of my bathroom sink today. I watched the whole repair and Corey replaced everything except the faucet of the bathroom sink. He took a lot of photos. He is really experienced and professional based on my observation and fast for his two years working for a plumbing job at LA Hydrojet or maybe other places too (not sure). We found no leaking water so far. It was dark and I held my flashlight to help out and desired to see better for my learning. It is nice if LA Hydrojet or any plumbing company has a lantern for all plumbers. Maybe plumbers are so familiar with what they do and they go by touching and do not need to see well??? Just a thought. Thanks for his good plumbing job from LA Hydrojet and the kind attention and fast maintenance service of Sebastian and vendor Marielle to this matter to connect me with a good plumber! I really appreciate them! May God richly bless all of them! Jesus loves you all! :)
