  Just had La Hydro come out to one of my properties, Ruben Wagner came out and Fix the problem with high quality service. Had other companies come out and was told I need it to replace my sewage pipes. Thanks You Ruben! For saving me lots of Money $. And being honest and transparent. Will definitely used them for the rest of my properties.

  Oscar fixed my kitchen and bathroom sinks and did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and worked efficiently. The repairs were done with care and attention to detail, and everything is functioning perfectly now. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would definitely use his services again. 😊

  I had an emergency situation with my water heater and called L.A. Hydro-Jet for help. They responded quickly and were able to come out when I really needed it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the replacement process, and answered all of my questions before getting started. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Despite it being an emergency, everything was handled honestly and professionally—no rushing, no shortcuts, and no unnecessary upselling. The work area was left clean, and the new water heater was fully tested before he left. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company you can trust during an emergency, but L.A. Hydro-Jet absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially emergency service and water heater replacement.

  I’ve used LA Hydro-Jet multiple times, and they continue to deliver excellent service. Most recently, they cleared a severely clogged bathtub that had completely stopped draining. The team arrived on time, explained the process, and quickly got the drain flowing like new. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. What keeps me coming back is their consistency and reliability. Every experience has been smooth, honest, and high-quality from start to finish. The tub is draining better than it has in years, and I’ll definitely continue to trust LA Hydro-Jet for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Another thing I really appreciate is how responsive and helpful they are with any questions or concerns. If something isn’t clear, they take the time to explain it in a way that makes sense, and they’re always quick to address any issues that come up. That level of communication and customer care makes a big difference and gives me confidence every time I call them.

  Seems as though this company has made a giant shift since they changed the owners a while ago. Used to be very professional plumbers that were proud to do their job. Now their employees don’t care at all. I was just harassed by two employees blocking my parking lot with their giant truck and trailer because they felt entitled to it. They came out to their truck laughing and mocking me. Recording me and acting like teenagers. If these guys can’t even handle parking their truck and they lash out like children, imagine what they do inside of your home or business if you’re not paying attention. I have used this company for years and have watched their decline. The last couple of service calls I had were awful and now this interaction is going to prevent me from using them ever again. People used to be proud of their companies. Wearing a uniform meant representing the company and you would behave professionally. These guys are not afraid for their jobs or their reputation. It’s very clear in the way that they behave that they are most likely not going to be reprimanded and nobody cares. I called to speak to a supervisor who assured me they would be talking to these people, but didn’t ask me for any details of the truck or description, etc. which leads me to believe that they will just be protecting each other and doing nothing about this. I’m sure everyone is just laughing at this complaint and no one will be held accountable to their unprofessional and childish behavior. When you’re driving a full-size truck and a trailer you don’t park in a normal parking lot. Regular parking spaces are not made for a truck and trailer, and it prevents other people from entering and exiting and effectively cuts off other businesses. Obviously, obviously their drivers aren’t trained on how to park their trucks or they simply just do not care.
