- SASam AwadDec 26, 20251.0Used to be good honest service until now. Sewer cleanup scheduled between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. on a Friday. Tech shows up at 5:00 p.m. claims he needs another person so he can take the rooter machine up the three steps outside my gate. This is a service that has been done by 1 person for the last 6-7 years without an issue using the same company. For whatever reason now they want another person to show up and charge an extra $200+ dollars. The person on the line told me that if I don't approve the extra $200+ The tech would move on to the next job and then if I have to call back again I'll be charged more fees because it would be weekend work. They are now running the perfect scam to charge up to $500 for something I have been charged about $150 to $200 consistently for the last 6-7 years. I have receipts to prove it.

In the past, they have consistently resolved issues efficiently and correctly on the first visit. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been quite disappointing. I contacted the company to address what appeared to be a simple clog. Despite two separate service visits, the problem remains unresolved. This is not the level of service I have come to expect based on their previous performance. I am concerned about the noticeable decline in reliability and workmanship. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the high standards of service that customers have come to rely on.
