  I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the work was done professionally and efficiently. The technician showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Luz in customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find customer service that actually makes you feel valued, but Luz absolutely did. She made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable plumbing and top-notch customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

  Seems as though this company has made a giant shift since they changed the owners a while ago. Used to be very professional plumbers that were proud to do their job. Now their employees don’t care at all. I was just harassed by two employees blocking my parking lot with their giant truck and trailer because they felt entitled to it. They came out to their truck laughing and mocking me. Recording me and acting like teenagers. If these guys can’t even handle parking their truck and they lash out like children, imagine what they do inside of your home or business if you’re not paying attention. I have used this company for years and have watched their decline. The last couple of service calls I had were awful and now this interaction is going to prevent me from using them ever again. People used to be proud of their companies. Wearing a uniform meant representing the company and you would behave professionally. These guys are not afraid for their jobs or their reputation. It’s very clear in the way that they behave that they are most likely not going to be reprimanded and nobody cares. I called to speak to a supervisor who assured me they would be talking to these people, but didn’t ask me for any details of the truck or description, etc. which leads me to believe that they will just be protecting each other and doing nothing about this. I’m sure everyone is just laughing at this complaint and no one will be held accountable to their unprofessional and childish behavior. When you’re driving a full-size truck and a trailer you don’t park in a normal parking lot. Regular parking spaces are not made for a truck and trailer, and it prevents other people from entering and exiting and effectively cuts off other businesses. Obviously, obviously their drivers aren’t trained on how to park their trucks or they simply just do not care.

  I was a little skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but LA Hydro Jet & Rooter Service ended up giving me a great experience. They provided a 4-hour ETA window, which I couldn’t sit around waiting for, but they offered a call when the technician was on the way and texted me when he was dispatched. I really appreciated that the text included a picture of the technician it made me feel much more comfortable. I also called around and found that most plumbing companies wouldn’t give upfront pricing, but LA Hydro Jet & Rooter Service did. Professional, transparent, and reliable. I’d definitely recommend them.

  Everyone at LA Hydro-Jet is great! The people who took my calls were all very nice and helpful, the plumber that cleared my clogged shower was quick and professional, and the cost wasn’t too bad either for getting here same day. Highly recommend, definitely calling them again if I ever have another clog.
