- OTOrr TaharJan 1, 20265.0So I decided to get a mold inspection thinking nothing of it. My inspector Liam came out and was so kind, knowledgeable, and very comforting throughout the whole process. Liam guided me and explained every step throughout the entire inspection and suggested I do mold tests in my bathroom. During his inspection he uncovered high moisture readings and told me that I did have the potential for mold to be developed. As it turns out when I got the report he was spot on and I was luckily able to catch the mold infestation in an early stage making the restoration project much cheaper than I was initially quoted.
