We had used them historically (over 10 years ago) but competency and cost is now not in line with service. Make sure to get a project price. Don’t pay hourly.

Esteban and Martin (I think that was his name), came to my house to install a fan I had bought from Fan Diego. Fan Diego sent the fan home with me without the proper downrod. I waited a week for this appointment, then all day for the install. I was so upset that they now could not install it. They helped me call Fan Diego top see if they could locate the proper down rod... which they did, then they offered to go to Fan Diego and get the part and return and install it...all this near 5 PM at the end of their day. Thank you guys, that was much appreciated, and the fan works great! Roxanne
