Fan Diego sent the fan home with me without the proper downrod. I waited a week for this appointment, then all day for the install. I was so upset that they now could not install it. They helped me call Fan Diego top see if they could locate the proper down rod... which they did, then they offered to go to Fan Diego and get the part and return and install it...all this near 5 PM at the end of their day. Thank you guys, that was much appreciated, and the fan works great! Roxanne
