  Sorry but my experience was not enjoyable. First problem started with technician coming out to diagnose problems, After determining my condenser fan was bad and would cost 1,830.00 to replace thought price was high but okd it. When asked what was warranty on fan he said I'm guessing three years and would document on final invoice along with credit of 135..00 for diagnose fee that comes off with agreement to let company do repairs. Getting final bill no warranty info or credit , After many calls got text that fan has no warranty and 30 days on labor. Disputed this claim and was given one yr on fan.In future will use non franchise company.

  I contacted AirWorks for a minor issue (not an emergency) with my air conditioner. I had been delaying calling someone out because of past negative experiences with other companies. I was able to get an appt within a very short time and given a window of time they would be out. The tech was here at the very beginning of the window. I was also sent a text when on the way, letting me know how many minutes away they were. I love a company that respects it's customers time! The tech that came out (Tommy) was very personable and was able to fix the issue in a short period of time. I worked in customer service my entire career so I am very critical and appreciate such good customer service. I feel I was charged a very reasonable amount and will definitely be using them in the future for maintenance, repairs etc. The entire process from beginning to end was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

  Airworks Heating & Air and Plumbing did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that made sense and made sure the job was done right the first time. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC or plumbing service.

  I can’t say enough about how fantastic this company is. So professional and kind. They are respectful and communicate well. I would recommend them 100%. Nate, Jesse, and Dylan were patient, professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They are all such great guys to work with!

  I’m am very grateful for the friendly, kind and professional service I received from all staff at AirWorks. My new tankless hot water heater is wonderful and the skilled technicians installed it in a day and took care of the permitting, plumbing modifications from the old unit, the electrical and taking away the old hot water heater. The office staff were excellent as well! I highly recommend using AirWorks!
