  From the time I contacted Kalen, the Co-owner about potentially having a residential water purification system installed, I was provided with useful information and choices. In the end I opted for a water softener/ conditioner plus remineralized RO system for cooking and drinking water. Kevin was the technician who came for the install. He was on time. Knowledgeable and completed the task without a problem. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the systems. He cleaned up after the install and it was a pleasure having him in my home. Based on these experiences, I have no hesitation in recommending Infinite Water Systems without reservation.

  One year ago I got this system installed and I thought great my farm water would be fixed. But when the softener wasn't installed properly, as the guy installing it had issues with a leak spent an extra hour in the basement I thought we were good. But no, I went to find my basement room wet water was squirting out the back so no he didn't install it properly. I phoned and was told "I" would have to pay to have someone come and fix his mess or wait til the did year service. So after pay over 10000 I waited a year. Yep it's finally workingbit they again want me to put out another 600 plus for replacement filters that were not used as we had to shut off the system due to the leak. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing no freaking impressed.

  I was impressed with Infinite Water Solutions from my first contact with the co-owner Kalen, to my contact with our installer Hendrik. Kalen wasted no time analyzing our water sample and building a water treatment system to meet our family needs on our acreage. His quote was significantly less than another competitor whom I had first contacted. Upgrades to the recommended treatment were provided as noteworthy options. When the day came for installation, I received a BIO of the installer and a tracker to show his exact time of arrival. Hendrik was personable, knowledgeable, kind and a hard worker who got the entire job done in two half days working through lunch to complete the job. The co-owner Kalen is also very personable and thorough in his explanations; he is detailed oriented which matches my personality. Thus, I truly appreciated this attribute. The office contact through Sarah also was informative and excellent. I give Infinite Water Solutions an 11 out of 10 star rating.

  Water quality is 10/10. Installer was on time and pleasant. System is running very good. Great company to deal with so far!
